Created under the Erasmus+ KA210 project, Italy (coordinator), France (Martinique), Greece, and Portugal (Madeira) collaborated to produce “The E.S.S.E.N.C.E. Manual.” This Manual focuses on equipping socio-economically disadvantaged elderly, women survivors of violence, and migrants/refugees with essential skills for a sustainable future. This collaborative effort by European partners aims to enhance educational methods for adult learners by sharing effective practices.
The Handbook is available:

- Active Participation

Methodologies and Challenges:
The handbook outlines methodologies such as blended learning, hands-on activities, and peer-to-peer support. It also addresses challenges like language barriers, cultural differences, and trauma, offering solutions to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Impact and Goals:
By developing green skills, citizenship, and active participation, the ESSENCE Handbook aims to improve personal and professional lives, promote sustainable practices, and enhance the capabilities of adult educators.
